Refund Policy

We stand behind Rock Your Inner B!TCH. This policy explains how refunds work for every product sold on this site.

The 14-Day Unapologetic Guarantee

If you purchase the Rock Your Inner B!TCH digital course ($297) and complete the work in the first three modules within 14 days of purchase, and you don't feel a real shift in how you carry yourself and face your fears, we'll issue a full refund.

To request a refund, email info@gabypineda.ca within 14 days of purchase with:

• Your order confirmation (or the email used at checkout)
• Your completed worksheets from modules 1–3 (so we can support you better, and so the guarantee is for those who genuinely engaged)

We'll process approved refunds within 7 business days. Funds are returned to the original payment method via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

The Inner Sanctuary Journey ($3,000)

Because this is a small group container with a limited number of seats, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not attended more than one live session. After that point, the program is non-refundable but your seat is transferable to the next cohort with our approval.

Mini Implementation Pack ($97)

Refundable within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email us to request a refund.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund directly through our Merchant of Record at paddle.net using the order confirmation email from Paddle, or email info@gabypineda.ca from the address used at checkout with your order number and the product you'd like refunded. We respond within 2 business days.

Payment processor

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Inc., our Merchant of Record. Depending on your bank, funds typically arrive within 3–10 business days of approval.

Chargebacks

We're a small business and a chargeback hurts us much more than the cost of a refund. Please email us first — we'll always work with you in good faith.
