Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and purchase of digital programs, downloads, and coaching services from Gaby Pineda ("Gaby Pineda", "we", "us"), operating from Ontario, Canada. By purchasing or using any of our offerings you agree to these Terms.

The seller

The seller of record is Gaby Pineda. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Inc. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

What you're buying

Our offerings include the Rock Your Inner B!TCH digital course ($297), The Inner Sanctuary Journey group coaching program ($3,000), and supplementary downloads such as the Mini Implementation Pack ($97). Specific deliverables, formats, and access durations are described on each product page.

License & intellectual property

When you purchase a program you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, copy, share login credentials, or use the materials to train, teach, or build a competing product. All content — videos, audio, workbooks, the B.I.T.C.H. Method™ framework — is owned by Gaby Pineda.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your account or course access with another person.
• Do not download videos or audio for redistribution.
• Be respectful inside community spaces — harassment, hate speech, and spam are not permitted.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you materially breach these Terms, including sharing your account, redistributing materials, or harassing others. For minor breaches we'll usually warn you first.

Disclaimer

Our programs offer education and coaching — they are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Results vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. By participating, you confirm you are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
